For family home evening tonight we made some care packages for Uncle Eric and Uncle Derrick. I saw this fun idea to send a package to a 'greenie' when they first get to there mission. It was fun to get all of the green stuff and Ellie loved decorating the note to put in with Uncle Eric's package.
Here is Ellie trying on the fun green glasses
She took a great picture of me too
Box of green stuff-pringles, tie, gum, glasses, car, tissues, mike n ikes, frisbee, mints and granola bars
Ellie painted/colored all of the note in different greens
I also wrote Greenie all over the outside
Then we sent a box full of sunshine to Uncle Derrick
Box of Yellow stuff-beans, peeps, gum, tissues, teddy grahams, chips and Easter candy
Ellie painted and colored his note too
and decorated the box
She had to make sure the peeps were okay and try a sample before we sent them.
It was a lot of fun to pick out things and have Ellie help to make the packages for her Uncles.
