Eric received his mission call to go to the Phoenix, Arizona Mission. He leaves on February 27 and will be speaking Spanish! We are all so excited for him and made some trips up to spend time with him before he leaves. He is so excited about being able to go before he turns 19! He is a little sad because he knows that both Gavin and Griffin won't remember him when he gets home and is worried Ellie won't remember him much either:( Some pics from the couple of days and night before he leaves.

Judy kept saying that he needed to make sure he was super careful because bad things always happen right before you are about to leave on your mission....well, he thought it would be good to break his arm...luckily they had just enough time to get it taken care of before he left.

I know that Eric will be a great missionary and has such a strong testimony of the gospel. We can't wait to hear all of his stories:)
